The Art of the Mix
Susan Dias runs a Bombay based start-up, Native Brews,
that researches and develops indigenous Indian spirits. Through Native Brews,
she wants to bring local Indian liquors to mainstream markets.
Her interest in mixology started from attempting to create
cocktails from Tribal liquors and building interest around cocktails in India.
Susan is also a chartered accountant and, in another life,
spent her days doing corporate taxes.
